Shipping policy

Scope

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the rest of the European Union, and certain countries outside the EU, including the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. All items are available for international shipping, except violins, violas and bows, which are only shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and cellos, which are not shipped by courier.

Please note that if you add a bow or instrument to a cart with a shipping address outside mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, you may see the message "Shipping is not available" and you will not be able to complete the purchase of the products that are available for shipping outside Spain. In that case, please remove the instruments or bows from the cart in order to complete the purchase of the remaining products.

Product specifics

Cellos are not shipped by courier. Delivery is made exclusively in person, by appointment in Sevilla. In-person delivery by appointment in Sevilla is also available for violins, violas and bows. To arrange this, please write to hola@adlignum.es.

Legal delivery period

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made without undue delay and within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If we are unable to meet this deadline, you may cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is shown before checkout, depending on the destination, the product and, where applicable, the number of separate shipments required. Within a single order there may be products shipped from different locations, so they may arrive in separate packages.
