Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods. To exercise this right, email hola@adlignum.es indicating your order number.

Return costs

Unless the return is due to a shipping error or a faulty product, the direct cost of the return is borne by the customer. If, due to its nature, an item cannot be returned by standard mail, we will inform you of the cost or a reasonable estimate before starting the return process.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery costs of the original purchase. Express or additional delivery services will not be refunded. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund will be made using the same means of payment, within 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

Condition of the product

We may apply a deduction to reflect any decrease in value if the goods have been handled more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Legal exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others, custom-made or personalised products, unsealed items intended for personal or hygienic use, and goods that have been used or modified after delivery.

Legal warranty
